Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before downloading or using "Wizard vs Slime" ("the Game").

By downloading or using the Game, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download or use the Game.

License

The Game is licensed, not sold, to you by Aayush Datta, for use strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Scope of License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play the Game on your Android device solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions

You may not:

Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.

Create derivative works based on the Game.

Use the Game for any purpose other than its intended use.

Distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Game.

Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the Game.

Ownership

Aayush Datta retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights therein.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aayush Datta be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Game, even if Aayush Datta has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aayush Datta and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement or any activity related to your use of the Game.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Aayush Datta. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Aayush Datta if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to this Agreement

Aayush Datta reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, Aayush Datta will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Aayush Datta's sole discretion.
